AgentifyHQLaunchdesk

From idea to first customer, with agents at every step.

AI gave everyone the power to build software. Getting from zero to one is still hard. Launchdesk carries you through it: you review specs instead of code, and agents handle the building, the running, and the selling.

Why we built it

Three walls stand between an idea and a first customer.

Wall 01

The review wall

As the code grows, coding agents ask you to review changes you can't read. People who aren't developers stop here.

With Launchdesk

You review the spec in plain language. Acceptance tests check the code for you.

Wall 02

The operations wall

The product works on your laptop, but deploying it, watching it, and fixing it at 2 a.m. is a whole new job.

With Launchdesk

Agents deploy, monitor, and turn incidents into issues with a failing test attached.

Wall 03

The customer wall

The product ships, and the view count stays at zero. Building was never the hard part.

With Launchdesk

Agents run acquisition, activation, and retention, and test ideas as experiments.

How it builds

Every story is a goal and its proof.

Each acceptance story tells the coding agent what to build and gives it a test to check its own work, so the loop closes without you reading code.

  1. Agree on the spec

You and the Spec Agent turn your idea into acceptance stories with concrete examples.

  2. Pick your guides

Choose a ready-made architecture and style guide, or tune one, so every agent builds the same way.

  3. Agents build

Your coding agent of choice, such as Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode, writes the code against the spec.

  4. Tests verify

The agent calls the Launchdesk CLI, the acceptance tests run, and the results appear on your living spec.

Should an expired link offer to send a new one? I'd suggest yes.

After it ships

Launch is where most tools stop. We keep going.

Run

Deploy and monitor

Agents ship each passing build and watch it in production.

Fix

Issue management

Bugs become specs with a failing test, so a fix is proven before it ships.

Grow

Acquire, activate, retain

Agents find early users, guide them to value, and bring them back.

Experiments

Each product bet runs as an experiment with a clear result, not a guess.

Choose where it runs

Three ways to run it.

The spec and the loop are the same in every plan. What changes is where the code is written and where the tests run.

Plan 01

Local test runs

Price announced at launch

You run your coding agent on your own machine. The Launchdesk CLI runs the tests locally and reports to the spec.

Best if you already use Claude Code or Codex locally.

Plan 02

Cloud test runs

Price announced at launch

You still code locally, but every test run happens in a clean cloud sandbox, so results don't depend on your laptop.

Best for heavier test suites and browser tests.

Plan 03

Cloud build and test

Price announced at launch

Coding agents and tests both run in cloud sandboxes. You work only on the spec, with nothing to install.

Best if you've never opened a terminal.
